30-DAY REFUND PERIOD
- We offer a 30-day refund period for subscriptions of the Awesome Dictate app.
- The refund period begins on the date of the initial subscription and extends for 30 calendar days.
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
- To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within the 30-day refund period.
- Refunds will be processed for the full amount of the original purchase price.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive.
REFUND PROCESS

- Please provide your order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of approval.
EXCEPTIONS
- In-app purchases or consumable items within the App may not be eligible for refund.
- If the App has been significantly updated or changed since your purchase, we may, at our discretion, deny the refund request.
ABUSE PREVENTION
We reserve the right to track refund requests and limit or block future purchases from users who abuse our refund policy.
